1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yalla Digital platform ("Platform"), operated by Order of Malta Jordan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Platform Use

Yalla Digital is a non-profit digital employment platform designed to connect freelancers with companies and organisations in Jordan. The Platform is provided free of charge as part of Order of Malta Jordan's mission to empower unemployed youth, women, and refugees.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: posting fraudulent job listings, creating fake profiles, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including profile information, job listings, and application materials. By submitting content, you grant Order of Malta Jordan a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringe on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is the property of Order of Malta Jordan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Order of Malta Jordan does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any job listing or user profile.

Order of Malta Jordan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform does not act as an employer, staffing agency, or intermediary in any employment relationship.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
